We come to the end of the timeline of Jesus’ birth with the return of Joseph, Mary and, Jesus to their home town of Nazareth, in Galilee. Only a few words tell this story for this is the last we will see of Jesus until He is 12 years old and in the Temple in Jerusalem. Luke 2:39-40 tells this story:
39 And when they had performed everything according to the Law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth. 40 And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom. And the favor of God was upon him.
